Reunion
On your Weekend you started the beginning of a journey towards greater closeness in your marriage. A great marriage is a process and at the Reunion we will talk about how to keep the momentum of your Weekend going. This is an opportunity to learn about the Marriage Encounter community and to ask questions about dialogue, love circle, journey or any other questions you've thought of since your Weekend. Couples from the community will be there to share their experiences and to support you in your journey to a great marriage.
Journey
Journey is six follow-up presentations after your Weekend. Journeys are relaxed 2-3 hour gatherings, about two weeks apart, where you will re-experience the Weekend in more depth. The Journey presentations build on each other or they can stand-alone. At your Weekend Reunion, the couples on your Weekend and the Journey Presenting Team decide on times and locations of the six meetings. All Encountered couples, Priests & Religious are welcome at any Journey presentation.
Love Circle
A Love Circle is a community of couples who have made a Marriage Encounter Weekend. They usually live in the same general area, gather about once a month to support one another, focus on continuing the gifts the weekend offered their relationship and dialogue. It can be a powerful reminder of the sense of community felt during the weekend. It can also be an opportunity to share ideas for keeping the sparkle in your marriage. Our hope is that every couple coming off a weekend will dialogue daily, but that is not required to join a Love Circle.
Convention
WWME Conventions are large gatherings of Encountered couples sharing the excitement that embraces the Worldwide Marriage Encounter movement. These are held at a section (multi state), national and World wide level. The national convention is normally a two-year cycle with the next one in Ontario, CA in June 2008, celebrating WWME's 40th Anniversary..
